Only text-based versions of voice inputs may be accessible to your coach, Jack Salmon, for coaching support.
- Limited Access
Access to your data is strictly restricted.
Only:
- You, and
- Your internal coach (Jack Salmon)
can access your reflections and personal development inputs.
No other staff or third parties can view your personal content.
- Controlled Use of Third-Party Tools
We may use secure service providers for:
- AI transcription
- Cloud storage
- Analytics
- Crash reporting
All providers operate under strict security and confidentiality requirements.
We never sell or share your data for advertising.
- Device Protection
Your account can only be accessed using your login credentials.
We recommend enabling:
- Face ID
- Touch ID
- Strong passwords
Your device’s built-in security features help protect your account from unauthorised access.
- Account Deletion & Data Removal
You may delete your account at any time. Once deleted:
- Personal data is removed from active systems
- AI transcripts and reflections are erased or anonymised
- Secure backups are purged within 30 days
This process is irreversible.
